FROM I-75:

Take exit 32 (State Route 122) and go West on St. Rt. 122 |

When the road splits [St.Rt.122 (Roosevelt Blvd.) is the Left fork and Grand Ave. is the Right] stay LEFT on Roosevelt Blvd. |

Cross Breiel Blvd. and pass the EASTRIDGE Apts. (on Right) Look for the office sign & turn Right into the office parking lot. |
FROM ROUTE 4 (NORTHBOUND):

Just after entering the Middletown city limits, turn Right on Lafayette St. |

Go 1 mile to the first light (S. University Blvd.) and turn left |
|
Go to the split in the road (University Blvd. goes to the left and Roosevelt Blvd. goes Right) |
|
Stay in the Right lane and bear to the Right on Roosevelt Blvd. |
|
Go approximately 2 miles |

As you pass the EASTRIDGE Apts. get in the left turn lane. |
|
Make a U-Turn and re-pass the Apartments. |
|
Watch for the sign on Right and pull into the office parking lot |
FROM FRANKLIN OR CINCINNATI-DAYTON ROAD (DIXIE HWY) SOUTHBOUND:

Turn Right (West) on State Rte. 122 |
